Our Sabella Cabernet was made using century-old techniques, while maintaining a new world style – aged in new American and French barrels giving a robust mouthfill with glimpses of both chocolate and vanilla. The unmistakable Sabella palate reminiscent of past vintages is prominent with hints of cedar, blackberry, and musk. It has an exceptional length with balanced acidity to sustain prolonged cellaring although should be enjoyed at every opportunity.
