This refreshing, crisp wine is made entirely from a single-family-owned vineyard in a two-stage process. A portion of the juice is firstly cold-settled and separated. It’s then made into a dry who then blended back with the remaining filtered juice lowering its alcohol content and bringing to life the sweet fruit characters.
The fruit, Muscat of Alexandria, opens a kaleidoscope of tropical fruit flavours – pineapple, white peaches, and other summer fruits are present with sherbet overtones.
It’s easy drinking and should be enjoyed on its own while entertaining or with a light meal or platter of choice.
